The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum’s new major exhibit titled Night Train to Nashville: Music City Rhythm and Blues, 1945 – 1970 opens March 27, 2004 for a 21-month run. The media-rich exhibit (as well as accompanying publications, recordings and public programming) will focus on an underreported era in Nashville’s music history, the story of Nashville’s R&B heyday from pre-World War II roots through its ongoing connections to country music.
